Project Overwatch is the live moderation platform for Emergency Response: Liberty County. A real-time mod panel, a Discord bot, and a desktop overlay, all working off the same data.
Features
One platform instead of five spreadsheets: the panel your mods watch, the bot your Discord runs on, and the overlay your staff play with.
Logs sync from the game to your Discord automatically. Staff can type :log warn or :log shift start right in game chat and the bot picks it up. Roles stay synced between Discord and your staff roster.
In-game chat
Discord
A desktop overlay that reads your screen with OCR and identifies the player you're looking at, without alt-tabbing out of the game.
Warn, kick, ban, and BOLO-ban from the player panel. Every action lands on the player's permanent record.
Staff clock in and out, time on duty is tracked automatically, and quota progress is visible at a glance.
Applications and surveys with conditional questions, built in a collaborative editor where your whole team works on the same form, live.
POW checks players against Rotector, a third-party safety-flagging service, and surfaces confirmed, human-reviewed flags on the player panel with a link to the source. It's advisory only — your staff always make the call.
The everyday actions your staff reach for, one tap away.
How it works
Sign in and link your Discord and Roblox accounts. That's your identity across the whole platform.
Add your ER:LC server with its PRC server key and invite the POW bot to your Discord.
Your staff open the mod panel and everything is already streaming: players, logs, calls.
Why it's free
Project Overwatch is owned and operated by Atria, a 501(c)(3) non-profit. It exists to make running a community easier, not to monetize it.
